What is a Digital Strategy?
When we talk about “digital”, we are referring predominantly to the adoption of new technologies to existing business activity. This includes, but is not exclusive to, an organisation’s customer-facing activities, and the quest to offer the best possible customer service in order to meet the company’s business objectives.
Why do you need a digital strategy?
Research has revealed that organisations with the best economic performances have generally been quick to take advantage of new digital platforms and invested in digital talent ahead of their competitors. They have also increased the agility of their digital strategies, meaning that they are constantly reviewing their roadmaps to take account of changing technologies and business goals.
